Work in Progress

Thought I'd post a work in progress of my final colour layout for action analysis. Going for a Bambi type colour scheme. My bear is pretty warm colours so I thought it will pop more on top of a fairly cool bg.

Anyways nothing too crazy, just took each level from the tonal and played around with the colour balance in photoshop to get a general and quick idea of what I'm going for. Still not sure but thought I'd post the progress.

Fair Day 2

A couple of drawings I liked from day 2 at the fair. I also met a really interesting artist who was an older gentleman. We talked for a bit, he critiqued my work, and gave me alot of useful tips. Another successful and enjoying day at the fair.

Revised my layout for my action analysis. Detailed the background a bit more, going to paint it in a very painterly style. colour work to come

Went to the Fair

Went to the Royal Winter Fair the other day, have always loved the fair. Ran into a good friend who I worked with the last two summers. I also met some nice people who really liked the drawings. Sold a couple to a nice lady. Here are a few from the end of the day that I liked. I will be back Wednesday drawing.
